Our Services

We offer traditional strength training classes in a semiprivate setting. Semiprivate training is similar to having a personal trainer, however instead of expensive 1:1 coaching, you split the cost of an hour amongst other members. This is a great way to get attentive training at an affordable cost.

Our schedule has options for specific muscle groups that you can choose to train which is great if you are rehabbing an injury or just want to focus on a specific muscle group.
