Our Services

We offer traditional strength training classes in a semiprivate setting. Semiprivate training is similar to having a personal trainer, however instead of expensive 1:1 coaching, you split the cost of an hour amongst other members. This is a great way to get attentive training at an affordable cost.

Our schedule has options for specific muscle groups that you can choose to train which is great if you are rehabbing an injury or just want to focus on a specific muscle group.

YOUTH SOCCER TRAINING (3x/week) - $199/month

  • Our monthly membership includes 3 workouts per week, weekly accountability tracking, nutrition coaching, and unlimited use of our recovery spas. If you prefer to workout more than 3x per week, we offer unlimited monthly training as well.

    Our classes our body specific so you can decide what you want to workout based off recovery, injuries, or goals.

  • We offer 2 tiers of nutrition coaching based off the membership that you sign up for.

    Tier 1 will automatically be applied to your monthly strength training membership. This tier includes an in-depth questionnaire that will give you custom macros and guidance on how to get results.

    Tier 2 is an exclusive membership add on that will take all the guess work out of figuring out what to eat. Our certified nutrition coach will construct a completely customized meal plan for you. You will get periodic check ins, supplement guidance, and modifications as necessary. This option is great for members who need more accountability, discipline, and a metabolism reset.

  • Enjoy our individual recovery spas after your workout or on your rest days. We offer a temperature controlled cold plunge, 4 individual heated infrared saunas, 1 lymphatic vibrational plate, and 3 Normatecs. We encourage all of our members to partake in our recovery often to get the most out of your workouts. Recovery is unlimited to our members.

    *Our contrast therapy is included into all of our memberships.

  • Train harder. Move faster. Build confidence. Whether your athlete is just starting or already competing at a high level, our soccer classes are designed to develop the complete player. We will focus on:

    -ball control

    -speed and agility

    -footwork and conditioning

    -confidence and mental toughness

    -game performance training

    Classes are 3x per week and will be categorized by age group. Taught by our trainer who worked in Olympic development programming. All ages and levels welcomed.
